By using openwrap, you agree to the terms on this page. They are intentionally short and practical: what stays yours, what we need to operate the service, and what you cannot use the platform to do.
openwrap is an early-access platform. Features, limits, workflows, routes, and policies may change as we tighten the product for broader launch. The service may have outages, rough edges, missing controls, or breaking changes while we are still iterating.
If a workflow is critical, regulated, or business-sensitive, treat the public early-access service accordingly and verify it against your requirements before relying on it.
You keep ownership of the files, data, and materials you upload to openwrap. You grant us the rights needed to host, store, process, transform, publish, transmit, preview, and secure that content so the product can function.
That permission is limited to operating and improving openwrap, including sharing, collaboration, abuse prevention, debugging, backup and recovery, and product analytics tied to the service itself.
Do not use openwrap to distribute malware, phishing flows, credential theft, spam, or illegal content. Do not attempt to bypass sandboxing, rate limits, share controls, workspace permissions, or any other security boundaries.
Do not upload content that you do not have the right to publish, store, or share. Do not use the public early-access service for data or workloads that require formal compliance commitments unless we have explicitly agreed to support that use case.
WRAP documents can execute code in the browser. That makes the platform powerful, and it also raises the bar on what counts as abuse.
You are responsible for choosing the appropriate sharing mode for your content. Unlisted links can still be forwarded. Email, domain, org, and member-only modes are stricter, but you are still responsible for the content you publish and the people you grant access to.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove content or accounts that threaten users, infrastructure, or compliance. We may also update these terms as the product matures; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
openwrap is provided on an as-is, as-available basis during early access. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose at this stage.
If you need help interpreting these terms for a specific workflow, use the support page or email support@openwrap.ai.
